As you read this, Iâm in the middle of a Finnish ritual at one of my favorite placesâCafe Kuusijärviâbouncing between the sauna and the avanto. I purposely did this in the middle of the morning because I want to teach and allow myself to live a more delicious life, with the most delicious schedule possible. I know it's not feasible for everyone, but by living it, I hope to change something in this stuck system we find ourselves in.đ¸
This is also the vibe behind our next theme for the next two months: Women Living Deliciouslyâa concept inspired by
âs book title. For Womenâs Day, weâre celebrating in a Joyful Rebel way: instead of fighting the patriarchy through overperformance, weâre giving ourselves permission to rest, laugh, relax, have fun, and just be. Yes, just be. No need to prove anything, because, as we know, YOU ARE ENOUGH, and you deserve all the love, just as you are.So, in true rebel style, I decided to do a bit of ice swimming and sauna on a Tuesday morning.
