🍄 Saturday, 28.9 — We will embark on an unforgettable mushroom-foraging adventure led by the knowledgeable guide, Anna Nyman. This experience is tailor-made for nature enthusiasts and anyone fascinated by wild edibles.
Prepare for an immersive journey that begins with an intriguing mushroom exhibition. There, you'll learn the art of identifying mushrooms, including dangerous ones, and discover the ideal environments for mushroom hunting.
Then, we'll venture into the lush forest to pick mushrooms! Throughout this exciting Workshop, you'll master the techniques of preserving mushrooms through drying and freezing. To cap it off, we’ll wrap up the expedition by examining everyone’s prized mushroom finds. Get ready for an exhilarating and educational experience amidst nature's bountiful treasures!
I can't wait to learn from A. Nyman! She's a biologist and a fantastic advisor on herbs, berries, and mushrooms, with a real passion for nature. She's even written a book on wild herbs and organized wild food courses and lectures. I'm excited to soak up all her knowledge during our mushroom-foraging adventure!
